By installing or using PRHandshake ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. What PRHandshake does

PRHandshake analyzes pull request metadata to help repository maintainers assess submission quality. It posts analysis results as GitHub Check Run statuses. It does not modify your code, merge pull requests, or take actions beyond posting check results and comments.

3. Free tier

PRHandshake is available free of charge for public repositories. Free tier usage is provided as-is without warranty or guaranteed uptime.

4. Paid plans

Pro ($9/month) and Team ($29/month) plans provide additional features for private repositories and organizations. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

PRHandshake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its analysis results will be accurate in all cases. PR analysis results are informational — final merge decisions remain with repository maintainers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRHandshake and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post updates at this URL.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator is located.
